Provisional Accessibility Statement
Introduction
At Grupo Alsa, we are committed to universal digital accessibility, working continuously to ensure that our digital assets are usable by everyone, regardless of their abilities, age, or personal circumstances.
Our Accessibility Statement is based on the harmonised European technical standard EN 301 549 in its latest version, which is the European digital accessibility standard approved by the European Commission. This standard defines the accessibility requirements for technological products and services.
The scope of this statement covers the digital web asset https://aeropuerto.lazo.app, excluding embedded content from external domains. However, Grupo Alsa and its third-party providers maintain an active commitment to improving the accessibility of external content included in its digital asset, with the aim of ensuring the most inclusive digital experience possible.
Our goal is to conduct continuous monitoring and correction of potential digital accessibility barriers, in order to provide an inclusive and barrier-free experience for all users.
Beyond regulatory compliance, Grupo Alsa aspires to exceed the legal requirements regarding digital accessibility. Our commitment is to achieve the highest accessibility standards, with the aim of meeting Level AAA criteria, continuously improving the usability of our digital products, and obtaining certifications that endorse our excellence in accessibility.
To achieve this objective, we have implemented an integral digital accessibility service (S.I.A.), which deploys comprehensive corrective measures: specialized training for our teams, systems for continuous evaluation and improvement of accessibility, and proactive actions on both our websites and our mobile applications, with the ultimate purpose of ensuring a truly universal and inclusive digital experience.
Adopted Criteria
Grupo Alsa follows the EN 301 549 standard to ensure the digital accessibility of its digital assets. Some of the ongoing improvement actions to enhance content accessibility include:
-
(9.1.1.1) An exhaustive review of all significant images is being conducted to ensure they have appropriate alternative texts (alt), ensuring that visual information is also accessible to people with visual impairments.
-
(9.1.3.1) Page markup is being reviewed so that information, structure, and visual relationships are determined by software and can be interpreted by assistive technologies.
-
(9.1.4.1) Additional visual cues such as underlines, icons, or explanatory text are being added to prevent colour from being the sole means of conveying information.
-
(9.1.4.3) Automated and manual tools are being used to verify that the contrast between text and background meets the minimum requirements to ensure readability.
-
(9.1.4.4) We are verifying that content can be enlarged up to 200% using browser features without loss of functionality or truncation of information.
-
(9.1.4.11) The contrast of user interface components and graphical objects against adjacent colours is being reviewed to ensure they are clearly perceived.
-
(9.2.4.4) The wording of link texts is being reinforced to make them more descriptive on their own and understandable without the need for additional context.
-
(9.2.5.3) The accessible name of each control is being aligned with its visible label, benefiting those who navigate using speech input.
-
(9.3.1.1) It is being validated that the primary language of the website is correctly defined in the code, facilitating its reading by assistive technologies.
-
(9.4.1.2) Work is underway to improve the semantic accessibility of all custom components, ensuring that they correctly convey their role, state, and value to assistive technologies.
